TOP-NOTCH ACQUISITION TRAINER
You would be doing the following (plus any additional tasks if needed)
- Manage the entire training timeline to keep on track/help review candidates/make sure each candidate gets the amount of 1 on 1 time needed.
- Listening to all recordings in EOD and providing feedback
- Ensuring the feedback from the day before is implemented on the next day's calls to see consistent improvement.
- Choosing a recording that will be used for placement with candidates
- If a candidate seems like they will not make the cut, bring it to our attention to reviewing asap (not allowing continue with the program until it is reviewed and a decision has been made).
- Making offers to Trainees (so would need to be highly skilled/trained by us in quick comps/quick estimates/ figuring out an offer that is profitable).
- Making sure Trainees are using Podio stages correctly with hands-on training and review
- Getting Tagged in Podio with questions or reviewing leads for trainees (along with internal AQs coming to me)
- Reviewing trainees contract creations/digital signature send offs
- Reviewing issues or bad performances/KPIs/recordings to troubleshoot with client and AQ - this is a real-time suck but also really important. And isn't usually a 1 email type scenario. If done how I'd like it done, there would be the audit questions, recordings, call with the client, meeting with AQ person (and possibly the person that's generating the leads on the team), and then after reviewing all of those details to dial in issues and give course correction, there would be a follow up in 1-2 weeks to see if there's been an improvement.
The goal is to:
- Have highly trained and rockstar AQs by end of the training
- Have successful AQs once placed getting contracts consistently
- Have happy and successful clients
Reaching those goals will sometimes mean doing different things depending on what needs to be troubleshot so although we will have training and steps to take, critical thinking is a must to customize the actions to each situation.
So this candidate will need to be able to have AMAZING critical thinking skills. Able to work independently to figure out what's needed to improve the VA/team. Create training to document steps taken for training and troubleshooting for VAs. Must be able to stay organized and keep Podio up to date at all times regarding VAs/Clients. Will attend all zoom meetings and be prepared to answer questions from Matt regarding these KPIs/VAs. Understand what it takes to be a good AQ/salesperson although their full-time role will be managing/training in that area.
