Hiring experienced Purchasing Agent to assist our client with finding and communicating with vendors
We are looking for an experienced Purchasing Agent who will be assisting our client with finding and communicating with vendors.
Tasks will also include collating and presenting data regarding the purchases as well as communicating with the client and customers regarding orders:
- Must have at least 6 months experience as a Product Researcher/Sourcer or similar role
- Able to source, compare and negotiate with potential vendors
- Experience with tracking purchase details and creating a sheet for comparison of different vendors
- Must be able to communicate between client and vendor regarding production and shipment
- Experience in Sales and Customer Service is an advantage
- Experience in dealing with overseas clients is an advantage;
- Detail Oriented, extremely organised and technically savvy;
- Great Communication Skills
- Proactive -- has great initiative, asks questions and makes suggestions
- Can work with minimum supervision
- Willing to work Night Shift
