Looking for a friendly, interactive, proactive, acquisition manager to join our team.
This will begin as a part time job and move into a full time position as you prove yourself capable to handle phone calls and seller objections.
MUST have EXCELLENT Communication Skills, speak english fluently, have watched a full American movie watched in the past, able to handle uncomfortable conversations and available to work during US PST Time.
Skills Needed: Know your way around a computer, the Internet and using software in general You must have a dedicated home office free of distractions and noise. You must have a great internet connection and a laptop or computer You must be able to work consistently without supervision or interruption Must be able to handle rejection well and move on Bilingual is a plus but English is MUST Have interpersonal skills, and be comfortable talking to and dealing with people – via phone, email, etc. Previous sales experience (door to door is a plus). Real Estate experience is not required (is a plus).
Responsibilities: Make outbound calls through our dialing system to prospective homeowners. Take notes and label each lead in our dialing system based on the outcome of discussion. Follow company provided scripts to determine if each homeowner would be interested in selling their home. Communicate to the homeowner the benefits of selling directly to us. Managing leads and following up with prospects in our company's CRM. Achieve a successful lead conversion rate and high volume of deals.
SALARY: $3/hour + commission
