Looking for an Executive Virtual Assistant with marketing experience for a coaching program!

We are seeking an experienced Executive Virtual Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of our business. The company is a coaching program for new real estate agents. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and have a passion for organization and communication.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement sales funnels
  • Manage our Kajabi website, email campaigns, meta ads, and social media accounts
  • Collaborate with our team to develop marketing strategies
  • Analyze and report on the performance of our online presence.
  • Provide support for any other administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of experience as an executive virtual assistant
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing sales funnels
  • Strong skills in website management and design, particularly with Kajabi
  • Proficiency in email campaign management, meta ads, and social media
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • Creative and analytical mindset, able to use data to make decisions and optimize performance
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with team members
  • This is a part-time role (20 hours). Working hours are flexible but should be within a day time of Mountain Time Zone (MT).
  • We are looking for someone to grow with our company and stay with us for years. If you are hopping from one role to another, please do not apply.
  • We will pay anywhere between $4-$6 an hour. Your pay will depend on the level of your experience and will grow with your growth.

Requirements:

  • Noise-canceling headset with clear microphone.
  • Reliable internet (minimum 5Mbps) with internet backup.
