Social Media Marketing Content Creation Virtual Assistant

RESOURCE WORLDWIDE is looking for a SOCIAL MEDIA MARKETING AND CONTENT CREATION VA! Work Duration: 10 hours per week Work Schedule: Maryland, USA Rate or Salary range: £4.60 per hour Commission-based: NO

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Engaging and interacting in social media groups across all key social media platforms
  • Creating pins and scheduling all posts in Pinterest
  • Editing short videos and uploading all in Youtube
  • Transcribing podcast episodes and editing show notes into blog posts
  • Uploading and organizing blog posts on website using Showit and Wordpress
  • Finding and reaching out to guests for podcast/blog/social exchange opportunities
  • Helping grow email list using Flodesk
  • Detailed podcast audio editing, knowledge on using Audacity is an advantage
  • Helping manage and grow Facebook page
  • Growing followers, engagement, and likes in Instagram
  • Researching relevant hashtags to be used in captions
  • Reporting campaign results and relevant key metrics monthly
  • Brainstorming content/episode/blog/video ideas
  • Basic SEO and content optimization
  • Set up and manage minor advertisements

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • At least 2 years experience in a Social Media Manager and Marketing role
  • Proven working experience in social media management and digital marketing
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing marketing database and social media advertising campaigns
  • Solid working knowledge of all key social media platforms
  • Experience in content publishing, graphics editing, video editing, and community engagement in social media platforms
  • Proficient in marketing research and statistical analysis
  • Experience in reporting and tracking campaign results and other relevant metrics
  • Must be highly systematic, organized, and efficient
  • Interested in leadership, personal development, health, wellness, and fitness
  • Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Must be optimistic and hardworking with a high attention to detail
  • Commercially minded and strategic in approach
  • A passionate self-starter, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Highly analytical with problem solving skills
  • An ability to multitask, to work on a number of creative content at once
  • Has experience with the following tools: Wordpress, Audacity, Slack, Canva, Flodesk
  • Has experience managing the following platforms: Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, and Pinterest
