We are offering $1000/month plus performance bonuses. Skytian Capital is looking for a Full-time Bookkeeper/Research Associate.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience in Quickbooks
• Experience as a bookkeeper or accountant
• Can work 40 hours a week in the EST timezone
• Experience as research or investment analyst with a bank, investment firm, real estate, or consulting firm is a plus but not required

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Interact with partners, brokers, leasing agents, lenders, etc to gather information
• Research and gather relevant data on housing, apts, markets, financials, and relevant real estate data for analysis and valuation
• Run financial models to assess the viability of targets multifamily investments
• Track portfolio company progress and financial performance
• Track expenses and accounts on QuickBooks and produce reports for management and tax purposes
