BODY: Virtual Connection specializes in connecting virtual assistants with entrepreneurs spanning all industries. We’re seeking a highly motivated person to join our team and help us reach the next level in revenue and client service. This position will work from home remotely. Social media experience is required. As part of your application, include examples of your posts on social media. This position is $4/Hour + Commission. Monday -Friday Shifts are 8 hours each including a 1-hour break 10:00 am EST - 6:00 pm EST We will train you for the position.

Skills Needed:

• Know your way around a computer, the Internet, and using software in general
• You must have a dedicated home office free of distractions and noise.
• You must have a great internet connection and a laptop or computer
• You must be able to work consistently without supervision or interruption
• Must be able to handle rejection well and move on
• Being bilingual is a plus
• Have interpersonal skills, and be comfortable talking to and dealing with people – via phone, email, etc.
• Previous sales experience (is a plus).

Responsibilities:

• Main duties are to follow up with clients and their employees each week to make sure that all are on track in regard to hours, KPIs, & employee efforts.
• Managing our Social Media Platform
• Generating/Managing leads - (via Email, Calls) and following up with prospects in our company's CRM.
• Achieve a successful lead conversion rate and a high volume of deals.
