Virtual Assistant
We are looking for a responsible and experienced virtual assistant to join our team. This position is responsible for day-to-day bookkeeping, managing company leads and sales and dealing with taxes.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Bookkeeping (Bills, Invoices)
- Document management: request, receive, organize and maintain company documentation
- Email Management
- Manage calendar and appointments
- Taking notes at meetings and any other administrative tasks that help the executive perform their job
- Manage social media accounts
- Prepare and organize databases and reports
- Manage business's cloud storage (Data organization, File back-up, File Archiving)
- Admin tasks assigned by management
- Other projects/duties as assigned for the overall benefit of the organization
Qualifications:
- BS/BA in Accounting or Accounting & Finance
- Preferably US Certified Public Accountant
- Must have knowledge and background in US Public Accounting
- US Tax experience is required
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skils with proven ability to communicate effectively with clients
- Must be systematic and process-driven
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient computer skills, including Google Suite
