RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Schedules all social media posts using Hootsuite
• Creates content calendar to build brand awareness
• Repurposes all content across multiple medias and platforms
• Research hashtags for maximum exposure and engagement
• Organizes and input data in CRM
• Organizes calendar
• Support Director in email marketing campaigns
• Engages and respond on behalf of the client within social media communities
• Prepares content for social media posts - including text, graphic and video
• Develops social media strategy

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least 2 years experience in a Social Media Assistant or similar role
• Experience in creating and editing graphics and video
• Proven experience at building and engaging with relevant social media communities
• Experience in content publishing and engagement
• Experience in reporting and tracking campaign results
• Creative with a high attention to detail
• Commercially minded and strategic in your approach
• A passionate self-starter, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills - written and speaking
• Familiarity with task management and other organizational applications
