ABOUT THE MARKETING PROJECT MANAGER POSITION: The Marketing Project Manager is a core team member who is responsible for guiding, supporting, and pushing for continuous excellence in all marketing projects and with all marketing team members. This role is a driving force for company success as marketing drives enrollment into Thrive Programs.

You must excel at making data-driven decisions to consistently drive better results. You must understand the data to make sure it is accurate and suggest improvements in the data analysis process, whenever needed.

You must love systems and enjoy finding ways to consistently innovate to get the job done more efficiently. Attention to detail and being able to anticipate obstacles before they arise will be the key determining factors for success, as well as the ability to quickly solve issues that are negatively impacting results.

You must have previous experience working as a Project Manager and managing team members to continually improve performance.

In this position, you must be excellent at managing multiple projects at once, working with different team members while meeting deadlines, and keeping the CEO/Head of Marketing well-informed on progress.

Project Manager Tasks of this Role: • Driving and delivering excellent results for every marketing campaign and marketing project • Developing comprehensive project plans • Building out projects in Monday.com or Teamwork and assigning tasks to team members • Overseeing social media schedule • Keeping the marketing and enrollment team accountable to deliver tasks on time and with excellence for tasks assigned to them • Meeting project deadlines and milestones • Liaisoning with external vendors eg. ads agencies, video agencies, funnel development, website development, marketing events production, etc. to ensure they have everything they need • Optimizing systems and processes that have recently been formulated. • Assisting with hiring and training of marketing team members as needed. • Setting up and managing, plus providing Affiliate support • Coordinating and managing any interviews or appearances • Coordinating and promoting referral partners at Live events and managing referral partner orders • Coordinating and promoting Speaking Gigs • Coordinating and managing Guest Speakers for Thrive Events • Managing email broadcasts and tracking statistics • Working with Accounting on affiliate ledgers and managing the commission program • Proofing all emails, webpages, texts, and posts for accuracy based on what was approved by CEO, including written communication, videos, and graphics • Ensuring Brand Standards are being followed

Requirements: Minimum of 3 years of project management experience Full-time position at 40 hrs per week during 9am - 6pm PST hours High-speed internet connection with backup service to minimize interruptions Personal computer Excellent English verbal and written skills Facebook Ads experience is a plus
